BEAR FOUNDATION GENERAL QUESTIONS
How will my 2013-14 BBF donation impact my selection of seats at Baylor Stadium?
The Baylor Stadium Seating Process will be determined based on the BBF Priority Rankings System as of Nov. 22, 2013. We are using the 2013-14 rankings to reward our loyal donors who are with us in the year prior to the stadium opening.
When are ticket payment and Bear Foundation payments due?
Full payment or a payment plan must be established for both season tickets and BBF donations prior to receiving tickets. 2013-14 BBF commitments must be paid in full prior to any season tickets being mailed in 2014. Those selecting seats during the Baylor Stadium Seating Process will have their 2013-14 BBF membership levels automatically renewed at the same level in 2014-15 prior to their selection and be responsible for additional seat options based on their 2014 seat selections, if necessary.
How do I determine what my 2013-14 giving level should be if I don’t know the seat option costs in the new stadium?
Your 2013-14 BBF donation must cover your 2013-14 seat options for football and basketball and to establish ranking for selection of seats in 2014. Your 2013-14 BBF donation level can be increased in 2014-15 to cover additional seat options if needed. Since 2013-14 giving levels will be used to establish the ranking process, we encourage you to increase your giving at a level that will maximize your opportunity for the best seats possible.
Are there other changes to the Bear Foundation options and benefits in 2013-14?
Yes, access to the Galloway Suite during football games has increased from $1,500 to $3,000. Access to the Bear Zone still remains at $750 or greater. Seat options at the Ferrell Center will remain the same with the lone exception being an increase on Championship Row. In addition, section 119 in the Ferrell Center will no longer be classified as a premium section so season ticket holders wishing to remain in that section will not have a seat option associated with their ticket.
How can I learn more about where my Bear Foundation ranking falls?
Page 5 in this brochure outlines the BBF membership totals by level and the number of tickets allocated currently to these members. This chart will be updated on a monthly basis at BaylorBearFoundation.com
Can I purchase additional premium seats in 2013 at Floyd Casey Stadium?
You may request additional premium seats, however with attrition, it is anticipated that availability will be low. Allocation of premium seats will be very limited and will be based on the BBF Priority Rankings System.
BAYLOR STADIUM SEATING PLAN
How and when will the Baylor Stadium Seating Process work?
BBF members will be ranked via the Bear Foundation Priority Ranking system and in Feb./March of 2014 will be given the opportunity to participate in the Baylor Stadium Seating Process. Donors will be able to personally select seats online, over the phone or in-person at the Simpson Center with the assistance of a BBF representative. Additional information on the Baylor Stadium Seating Process will be provided later this year including specific dates and procedures.
Can I increase my membership level during the year to improve my selection position for my seats?
Yes, you can increase your 2013-14 membership level at any point up till Nov. 22, 2013. Priority ranking for the 2014 Baylor Stadium Seating Process will be based on giving levels on this date.
What are the limits on ticket selection amounts that can be chosen during the reseating?
Members will be limited to the number of tickets they purchased in 2013 at Floyd Casey Stadium (premium and non-premium). Example: If a donor has 4 premium seats and 4 non-premium seats at Floyd Casey they may select up to 8 seats during their selection window for any seats available at the time of their selection. Donor will be responsible to satisfy seat option requirements for their selected seats with their 2014-15 BBF membership. Additional tickets can be purchased at the conclusion of the Seating Process. Tickets purchased in the suites and loges do not count against individual limit totals.
When will the Baylor Stadium seating process occur?
The Baylor Stadium Seating Process is scheduled to occur in February and March of 2014. BBF members will be contacted at the conclusion of the 2013 football season with additional details and information prior to the process beginning.
What if the seats I select during the Baylor Stadium Seating Process exceed my 2013-14 BBF donation level?
Donors can potentially select tickets with seat options that exceed their 2013-14 BBF giving level. This increase will be reflected in the donor’s minimum BBF donation amounts for the 2014-15 year. Donors will not have to pay the additional amount in 2013-14.
Can Bear Foundation members select non-premium seats during their seat selection?
Yes. BBF members will be able to select all of their allotted tickets during their respective selection times and will have the option to choose at their discretion the breakdown between premium and non-premium seats, so as long as they meet the minimum BBF seat option requirements with their 2014-15 giving level.
How much will tickets and seat options be in the new stadium?
Exact amounts are being finalized and will be released later in 2013, however, we are committed to keep ticket prices as well as BBF seat options at comparable levels as 2013 prices.
When can I find out more about parking benefits and tailgating opportunities at the new stadium?
Architects and traffic consultants are determining placement of the reserved parking spaces. Parking benefits and tailgating opportunities will be based on 2014-15 membership levels and will be announced later this year or early in 2014.

Priority Points
What is the priority points program?
The priority points program is the mechanism used to rank donors when benefits are allocated.
How do you accumulate points?
Points within each giving level are calculated as follows:
- 5 points for every $100 of your 2010-11 gift to the Baylor Bear Foundation.
- 3 points for every $100 of your cash gift given in 2009-10 to an athletic endowment (principal contribution).
- 2 points for every $100 of your cash gift given in 2009-10 to an individual sport (excellence fund), capital or special project of the athletic department.
- 1 point for every $100 cash gift that you have given to Baylor University athletics cumulatively since 1997.
- 1 point for every $100 in new monies raised by a fund drive volunteer during the 2010 spring Bear Foundation fund drive.
How are priority points used in the seating or ticket request process?
Annual giving levels within the Bear Foundation (beginning with the highest level and working down) are used in assigning seating or fulfilling ticket requests. Priority points are then used within each level to determine priority.
